1. TO USE COLD: store the pads in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once they've reached the desired temperature, place under the eyes and leave for 20 minutes.

2. TO USE HOT: carefully submerge the pads in hot water, making sure the temperature does not exceed 65°C. Alternatively, heat the pads in the microwave for 10 seconds (700W) or 5 seconds (1000W).

Clean the pads with a cloth after each use.

Do not overheat or freeze. Do not leave unattended while heating. Be careful when removing from the microwave as the packaging may be very hot. Do not puncture and keep out of reach of children. Do not apply on damaged skin. Do not pierce or consume. If the pads are damaged, dispose of them immediately.
